Based in Central London with three days in the office, you will establish core KPIs, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and build robust reporting and executive dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Capital Markets, ideally Prime Brokerage/Prime Services.
• Strong commercial and operational data analysis experience.
• Proficiency with KPI development, dashboards and reporting structures.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources and resolving inconsistencies.
• Track record in building or improving management and executive reporting.
• Ability to automate recurring reporting and improve efficiency.
• Translate complex data into clear actionable business insight.
• Comfortable communicating with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish core KPIs to understand commercial and operational performance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define reporting priorities and data requirements.
• Identify data sources across the organisation and assess data quality.
• Address data quality issues and unify information from different sources.
• Build a robust reporting framework and establish standards for performance measurement.
• Develop executive dashboards for leadership to view performance at a glance.
• Analyse revenue, profitability, product and service-line performance.
• Turn raw data into actionable insights and highlight trends and risks.
• Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual processes.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders with tailored detail and conclusions.
• Take ownership in a developing environment and drive what needs doing.
