Job summary

MSX International, working with Jaguar Land Rover, seeks an EU Data Compliance Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to the EU Data Compliance Team. You will process customer requests, maintain records, and support communications while upholding regulatory and procedural standards.

The role involves working with Case Managers, Team Leaders and stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of requests, diligent data handling, and timely audit trails within a hybrid

Qualifications

• Support customer onboarding and case administration activities.
• Assist with customer and business enquiries relating to EUDA services.
• Manage shared mailboxes and customer communications.
• Request and process supporting documentation from customers as needed.
• Ensure customer communications are accurate, timely and professional.
