Job summary

MSX International, a trusted partner to leading vehicle manufacturers, is seeking an EU Data Act Compliance Operations Specialist to manage customer and business requests related to EU Data Act services. The role collaborates with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product and Technology to ensure regulatory requirements are met, while delivering a compliant, efficient and customer-focused operation.

Location is Whitley, Coventry (JLR office) with hybrid model (2 days from home); salary £32,000 -

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and business requests from receipt through to resolution.
• Provide timely and professional communications to customers, fleet operators, and third parties.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations relating to EU Data Act services.
• Maintain accurate records, case notes, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with CRC teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
