Job summary

MSX International in Coventry is hiring an EU Data Act Compliance Operations Specialist to manage customer and business requests related to the EU Data Act (EUDA). You will handle onboarding, KYB verification, VIN ownership validation, data-sharing requests, and customer communications, collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Tech to ensure regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business onboarding, KYB verification, and related approvals.
• Validate customer and company documents; coordinate KYB activities.
• Manage data-sharing requests and sanctions screening as required.
• Handle VIN ownership submissions and lifecycle changes.
• Provide timely, professional customer communications and case resolutions.
• Maintain accurate case notes, records, and audit trails.
• Support governance, reporting, and internal audits; contribute to SOPs and guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
