Coyote Logistics, now part of RXO (NYSE: RXO), a leader in asset-light transportation solutions, is seeking an EU Accounts Payable Specialist for a fixed-term maternity cover in Dover. The Role and the Team

You will join the accounts payable team, working closely with carriers and carrier reps on payment inquiries and document requests, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to company policies and accounting principles. We value teamwork, dedication, and individual responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Creating payments in Oracle Cloud and banking platforms, approximately 12 daily payments.
  2. Handling all SG&A invoices from approval to payment.
  3. Managing vendor and supplier details.
  4. Monitoring unvouchered items and ensuring timely receipt of documents.
  5. Processing physical mail and managing incidents on loads.
  6. Resolving carrier/vendor complaints in collaboration with internal teams.
  7. Reviewing carrier statements for accuracy.
  8. Responding to queries via shared inboxes from internal and external parties.
  9. Performing other duties as required.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experiences
  1. Effective communication skills for interaction with vendors and suppliers via phone and email.
  2. Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues as they arise.
  3. Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  4. Fluent English speaking ability.
