ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Ethics & Sustainability Officer, Performance and Engagement, you will support the delivery of the Waitrose strategy for Ethics & Sustainability (E&S), aligning with the wider business strategy and Purpose.
This role involves delivering E&S projects, developing policies, horizon scanning, creating guidance for teams, managing data, and supporting reporting and assurance processes to position the Partnership as a market leader in E&S. You will also handle events management and general administration to support the E&S team’s goals.
