Entain is seeking a Group Head of Ethics & Compliance to advance global ethics and compliance programs, focusing on anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, and training. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will shape governance, policies, and risk management across the group.

Qualifications

Responsible for ensuring compliance with laws across international operations.
Lead and cultivate a culture of compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Experience across governance, ethics and compliance with focus on anti-corruption.

Responsibilities

Set the global ethics agenda and implement policies and monitoring.
Develop and monitor an effective ethics and compliance system across the organisation.
Drive a culture of ethics and compliance and support business needs with a strong team.
Identify, assess, and communicate affiliate risks, including compliance risk.
Lead anti-corruption prevention, procurement compliance, and conflicts of interest mitigation.
Cascade and deliver regular compliance training and keep records up to date.
Interact with regulators and support internal investigations when needed.
