Job summary

Lush is seeking a Manufacturing Procurement Specialist to join our Poole team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on sourcing the right raw materials and packaging at the right time and price, while upholding our ethics and regenerative supply goals.

You will manage system data, execute strategic order planning, and collaborate across logistics, QA and accounts to optimise stock, cost, and supplier performance while supporting our Living Wage commitments and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and material requirements planning.
• Experience with ERP and Microsoft Office for procurement workflows.
• Ability to build strong supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• System knowledge: monitor and maintain items, MOQs, and codes.
• Plan and coordinate orders with suppliers, ensuring correct pricing and documents.
• Maximise profitability by monitoring COGs and improving processes.
• Communicate with logistics, accounts and other departments to ensure stock control and on-time delivery.
• Maintain reporting: monthly fulfilment and efficiency reports.
• Represent Manufacturing in internal and external meetings and supplier visits.
