The Body Shop in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer consultant to provide advice and insights into our products and philosophy. You will learn the origins of our products and engage with customers to find a range that fits their preferences and lifestyle.

• Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service
• Learn and understand our products - they're packed with natural ingredients, many of which have been sourced ethically using Community Trade programmes
• Learn our customer's needs and recommend any of our 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products that will make them feel so good
