The Role:

Global X ETFs Europe is seeking an ETF Product Manager to join our highly motivated and dynamic team in London. They will be responsible for the Product Development, Management and ongoing enhancements of the UCITS ETF business with valuable oversight of the Jersey ETP Programme.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drafting of product proposal documents in relation to new products
• Planning and implementing UCITS ETF launches with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing product enhancements with index providers and internal stakeholders
• Reviewing and assisting with designing index methodologies in line with UCITS regulations
• Drafting of Fund Supplements for new products and liaising with Legal Counsel in relation to same
• Assisting with drafting and reviewing updates to Prospectus, Fund Supplements and KIIDs in line with strategic or regulatory requirements
• Assist with managing regulatory filings
• Contribute to the presentation of product ideas/initiatives at internal and board meetings
• Management of foreign registrations on an ongoing basis, including carrying out research in relation to marketing of products in new jurisdictions
• Drafting shareholder notifications and managing the distribution of same
• Assisting with the management of the annual AGM process and all associated administration, including liaising with investors and the sales team
• Assisting with the preparation of reports for Board Meetings
• Assisting with preparing answers to RFP questions from RFP team

Required Skills and Experience:

• University degree
• Experience in ETF Product Management (in particular, product governance, operations) or legal work for regulated investment funds / or investment managers
• Any experience within Digital Assets and synthetic funds would be a benefit
• Interpersonal skills required – Strong initiative, communication, tolerance of pressure, willingness to learn and progress, strong team working skills
• Strong project management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
