Job Summary & Responsibilities:

The Fixed Income ETF Portfolio Management team is part of the broader Global Fixed Income group and is responsible for the oversight, implementation and management of $9 billion of ETF assets across passive and active portfolios. This individual will serve as a primary subject matter expert and spokesperson for the Firm’s Fixed Income ETF strategies. This Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) role will bridge the gap between the portfolio management teams and clients, prospects and internal stakeholders, providing in-depth insights into the investment philosophy, process and performance of the ETF products. The CPM will play a key role in supporting the distribution team, driving client engagement, and contributing to the growth of the Firm’s ETF platform.

Principal responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and Client engagement — Represent the ETF team and articulate investment philosophy, process, portfolio positioning and performance drivers.
  • Client Relationship Management — Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client investment objectives and tailor ETF solutions accordingly.
  • Internal Collaboration and Coordination — Partner with sales, marketing, and portfolio management teams to support client acquisition and retention. Drive new business initiatives, liaising with product development and sales, completion of request-for-proposal documentation in addition to providing broad support to Sales and Client Relationship Management teams.
  • Product and Thought Leadership — Develop and produce content for use with sales teams, advisors and clients.
  • Performance reporting and commentary – Be responsible for overseeing and coordinating periodic ETF reporting, including monthly/quarterly commentaries and updating ETF pitchbooks.
  • Strategic Input — Provide client feedback and market intel to investment teams. Participate in product design and market intel. Provide support for new product launches.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of, and passion for, the asset management business, and capital markets; prior Fixed Income and/or ETF experience is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Build trust and confidence of colleagues, strengthen relationships through dialogue and interactions, and collaborate well with others internally to deliver platform success.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • CFA or work toward CFA is a plus.
