You will review drawings and specifications, obtain supplier quotes, identify risks, attend site visits, and handover successful tenders to delivery teams. The role suits candidates with construction estimating experience and strong numerical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare competitive and accurate tenders for a range of projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Undertake material take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities during tender process.
• Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings when required.
• Support handover of successful tenders to delivery team.
