Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Estimator Flat Roofing for an office-based role in Bedfordshire. The position involves taking off quantities, preparing cost estimates, and managing subcontractor quotations for industrial and commercial roofing projects.

You will support contract reviews and work to tight deadlines with accuracy and strong organisation. A bonus scheme is included in the remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as an Estimator within the roofing industry.
• Ideally experience in flat roofing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.
• Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
• Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.

The role of the Estimator Flat Roofing will involve:

Estimator position promoting a range of Industrial & Commercial Roofing projects

Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.

Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.

Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.

Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards.
