Recruitment Helpline Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Estimator / Quotation Coordinator to join their team in Manchester. This full-time, permanent role covers nationwide maintenance projects and involves preparing quotations, coordinating with engineers, suppliers and operations to ensure quotes reflect realistic costs and reach clients promptly.

You’ll work closely with the engineers, suppliers and operations team to ensure quotes cover the right work and are delivered

The Company delivers reactive and planned maintenance for commercial clients across the UK. They are looking for an organised, commercially aware Estimator / Quotation Coordinator to prepare quotations and help move remedial works from initial enquiry through to approval.

You’ll work closely with the engineers, suppliers and operations team, making sure quotes cover the right work, reflect realistic costs and reach their clients promptly.
