Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with a main contracting background to join our growing team and help secure new work. You will manage tenders, produce competitive pricing, obtain subcontractor costs, review BOQs and collaborate with the Director to build the project pipeline and drive growth.

This role combines office-based estimating with a hands-on approach to project delivery across London and surrounding

Qualifications

• Experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with a main contracting background
• Strong commercial understanding and experience pricing construction projects
• Ambitious, hungry, organised and a confident communicator

Responsibilities

• Managing tenders and producing competitive pricing for new work
• Obtaining subcontractor costs, reviewing BOQs and building accurate estimates
• Working closely with the Director to secure new work and grow the project pipeline
