Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our London team. The role focuses on producing accurate cost estimates across Education/DFE, Healthcare and Defence sectors, supporting tender submissions and ensuring projects are commercially viable from inception.

You will work with Bid Managers, Writers, Commercial and Design teams, reporting to the Pre Construction Director, to deliver competitive cost plans and robust estimates for a demanding project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience with preparing cost estimates from feasibility through tender submission.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, and BOQ to establish project requirements.
• Experience pricing construction projects and evaluating subcontractor quotations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates from feasibility through tender submission.
• Review drawings, specifications, tenders and BOQ to establish project requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitive pricing.
• Identify commercial risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams during the tender process.
• Assist with tender documentation, cost plans and financial reports.
