Job summary

Wernick Group Limited is seeking an meticulous Estimator for its modular building division. The role focuses on pricing rental opportunities, preparing comprehensive quotation documents, and supporting sales, factory production, and site teams with accurate information.

Ideally you will have proven estimating or CAD design experience within modular construction, with a deep understanding of building regulations, strong numerical skills, and superb attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in estimating or CAD design within modular building or construction.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in pricing and tender documents.
• Ability to price accurately and present comprehensive quote documents for rental opportunities.
• Good communication with sales, estimating, and production teams.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review client enquiries and tender documents to identify requirements and prepare suitable sales proposals.
• Prepare accurate rental quotations from enquiry information, schedules, and specifications.
• Compile bills of quantities, schedules of materials, and cost build-ups for quotations.
• Obtain subcontractor quotations and include best options in estimates.
• Understand modular building technical information and site constraints to guide pricing.
• Prepare clear sales proposals reflecting client requirements and pricing assumptions.
