Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an Estimator – Interior Fit Out in Mansfield to manage end-to-end tendering for commercial hospitality fit-out projects. You will prepare cost estimates from drawings and specs, engage with clients and contractors, and lead handovers to delivery teams.

The role requires strong estimating experience in interior fit-out or shopfitting, excellent communication, and UK driving license. The position is based on-site in Mansfield with lively project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering process, including take-offs, pricing, submission, and handover.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates using drawings, specifications, and estimating software.
• Manage tender opportunities and timely follow-ups to maximise conversions.
• Engage with clients and contractors via site visits, technical input, and value engineering to support bids.
• Collaborate with internal teams, lead handovers, and mentor junior estimators.
• Projects range from £10k to £300k.

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Interior Fit Out with:

• Must have Estimating experience within interior fit out or closely related
• Ideally have experience within the Shopfitting sector
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Full UK driving license
