Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Doncaster is seeking an Estimator to join a construction and fit-out contractor with a varied regional workload. You will take ownership of tenders from enquiry to submission, pricing packages across interior fit-out, refurbishment and growing external works.

Ideal candidates include an Assistant Estimator with around four years’ experience, or an estimator with proven commercial awareness, able to review drawings, take-offs and negotiate costs with

Qualifications

• Estimating experience within construction, fit-out or refurbishment.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Rounded, commercially minded with progression mindset.
• Experience with external works and groundworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own tenders from enquiry through submission with accurate estimates.
• Typically manage around three tenders concurrently.
• Price construction, fit-out, refurbishment and some external/groundworks.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wider commercial and construction teams.
