Job summary

CCR Recruitment partners with a well-established specialist contractor delivering drylining and façade packages across major residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in and around London. The role focuses on owning tenders from enquiry to submission and handover, with strong emphasis on accurate pricing, risk assessment and commercial awareness.

The successful Estimator will work closely with commercial and pre-construction teams to produce competitive bids for high-profile projects in

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator within drylining, façades, interiors or specialist subcontracting.
• Strong knowledge of drylining systems and façade construction methods with current market pricing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for drylining and façade packages.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes and tender documentation.
• Carry out accurate quantity take-offs and pricing exercises.
• Obtain, assess and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and potential commercial risks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams throughout the tender process.
• Support tender presentations, interviews and pre-construction meetings.
• Maintain accurate estimating records and pricing information.
• Contribute to improving estimating procedures and processes.
• Support handover of secured projects to delivery teams.
