Kingdom People is seeking an experienced Estimator in Greater London to prepare competitive cost estimates for major civil engineering projects. You will analyse drawings, liaise with suppliers, and work with project teams to reflect practical delivery methods.

The role offers clear progression toward a Senior Estimator and involves working on a range of JCT & NEC packages across the region with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in estimating within the Building & Civil engineering or groundworks sector
• Strong understanding of construction methods and pricing
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (not essential)
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, driven, and ambitious mindset - keen to grow with the business

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of JCT & NEC civil engineering and groundworks packages on major projects.

The Role

You will work as part of a collaborative and experienced team, preparing competitive tenders for a wide range of major projects for.
