Job summary

Kingdom People is recruiting an experienced Estimator in Liverpool to join a well-established construction and civil engineering contractor with a strong project pipeline. You will prepare competitive cost estimates for major civil and groundworks packages and analyse drawings and specs.

Collaborating with project managers and engineers, you will build cost databases, secure quotations from suppliers, and ensure estimates reflect practical delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in estimating within the Building & Civil engineering or groundworks sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and pricing.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (not essential).
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious mindset – keen to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Estimator to join a well-established construction and civil engineering contractor. The Role

You will work as part of a collaborative and experienced team, preparing competitive tenders for a wide range of major projects for. Due to exciting growth plans, the company are looking for an ambitious individual who's eager to develop their career, with clear opportunities to progress into a Senior Estimator role.

Key Responsibilities
