Job Opportunity: Estimating Manager and Business Development

A dynamic and ambitious Estimating Manager is required to join a rapidly growing company based in Staines, Middlesex. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects in and around London, focusing on the fitout sector and passive fire solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Lead Estimator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Driving and winning work within the fitout sector and passive fire solutions
• Chasing down leads and tendering for works, putting together quotations, and winning orders from clients
• Managing your own workload and overseeing other estimators
• Knocking on doors within the current client base and seeking new clients where opportunities arise
• Reporting directly to the board of directors

What We Are Looking For:

• Lead Estimator: With experience in tendering for works, putting together quotations, and winning orders
• Proven track record in Business Development or Sales, lead generation, and client management
• Ability to manage a team of estimators and workload independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites in and around London
• Start ASAP
