Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a CAD Designer / Design Engineer in Tunbridge Wells. You will produce technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD and work closely with engineers, project managers and clients to deliver projects on time.

The role offers a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 with full training, career progression and excellent benefits. Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a chance to develop your technical skills within a growing building services engineering

Qualifications

• Experience producing technical drawings with AutoCAD.
• Background in engineering, construction or building services.
• Ability to work with engineers, project managers and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

CAD Designer / Design Engineer

Tunbridge Wells (Commutable from: Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, Maidstone, East Grinstead, Paddock Wood, Edenbridge)

Are you a CAD Designer or Design Engineer with experience using AutoCAD, looking to join a national company offering specialist training, career progression and the opportunity to develop your technical skills?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist engineering business, where you will work on a variety of interesting projects, receive ongoing training and have the chance to become a technical expert within your field.

The company are established specialists within the building services and construction industry, working on projects across residential and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their design team.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for producing technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD, working closely with engineers, project managers and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully. Full industry-specific development is available working on Engineered equipment.

This role would suit a CAD Designer, Design Engineer or CAD Technician from an engineering, construction or building services background, looking to join a growing company offering long-term career development.

The Role:

• Producing technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD.


• Working on a variety of engineering and construction projects.


• Working on the delivery of Fire Safe products.


• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

The Person:

• CAD Designer / CAD Technician / Design Engineer / Draughtsperson.


• Experience using AutoCAD.


• Background in engineering, construction, mechanical design or building services.
