Job summary

TeamJobs is recruiting an Administrator/Estimator to join the Fabrications team in Poole. You will work closely with customers and suppliers, handling enquiries, quotations, purchasing and costing.

The successful candidate may have estimating experience or a background in sales administration or a technical environment; full training will be provided. This is a permanent, office-based role Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, sales administration, order processing or a technical/construction environment is beneficial.
• Must be commercially minded with numerical aptitude and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process new customer enquiries and sales orders.
• Prepare and submit quotations within timescales.
• Obtain prices and quotations from suppliers.
• Maintain CRM and project records; coordinate deliveries.
• Assist with invoicing and credit control as needed.
• Produce reports for management.
