Job summary

The Boyd Group is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator in Bristol, VA. You will document each customer interaction accurately, guide clients through the repair process, and ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.

Daily production walks and team support are part of the role, with training sessions as needed. Requirements include a High School Diploma, 1 year DRP experience, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to complete I-CAR

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's with at least 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.

• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Attend trainings and workshops as required.

Job Description:

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily \"production walks\" with the Management Team, as required
• Support all team members when required
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job
