Job summary

Assured Automotive, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to repair and restore vehicle bodies with attention to quality and efficiency.

You will work on collision repairs, disassembly/reassembly, and use frame equipment to ensure structural integrity while meeting KPI targets. Training and certification opportunities are provided, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience MIG/TIG.
• Own toolbox and valid driver’s license.

Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
• Use of frame equipment
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI's (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS).
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• Red Seal or 310B is preferred
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)

Other Requirements

• You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs
• You have your own toolbox
• Valid driver's license required

Compensation Details

• $90,000 - $140,000 per year
• Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
