Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking a parts specialist to support our collision repair operations. You will work closely with vendors to order and receive parts, log and track invoices, and maintain accurate records in our information system.

The role requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. With 1–3 years of automotive parts experience, you will contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, while benefiting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts in a timely manner.
• Enter all parts invoices into our Information System.
• Label, track and organize all parts accordingly.
• Communicate all Parts Price Changes to required team members.
• Manage all part returns and ensure credits are received.
• Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts area.
• Apply new knowledge from continuous learning to maintain high work quality and positive NPS.

Key Job Responsibilities

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus)

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systems
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Working knowledge of vehicle repairs practices
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Google platform
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills

Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.

• Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools
• Lift in excess of 50 lbs. of materials
• Valid driver's license required

Compensation Details

Compensation:

$19.25 - $26.50 per hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
