Newcastle-based Estimator required to join a forward-thinking main contractor. £58,000 - £70,000 basic, plus pension, career progression and immediate start.

Your duties include preparing cost estimates and tender submissions, reviewing drawings and documentation, obtaining quotations, and collaborating with commercial and operations teams to deliver valued, competitive bids. This role offers variety across sectors and long-term career prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator with a UK main contractor.
• Tier 2 main contractor background preferred.
• Experience pricing commercial, residential, education or industrial projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate cost estimates & tender submissions.
