Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team on civil engineering and groundworks projects across the UK. You will manage tenders from enquiry to submission, collaborating with commercial and operational teams to produce accurate, competitive pricing.
The role requires reviewing drawings, specifications and scopes of work, performing detailed take-offs and cost estimates, and obtaining subcontractor quotations to develop viable tender returns.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join an established business with a strong pipeline of work and take responsibility for preparing competitive and commercially robust tenders.
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for managing tenders from initial enquiry through to submission, working closely with the commercial and operational teams to develop accurate and competitive pricing.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within an estimating role in civil engineering, groundworks or a related construction environment.
You will ideally have:
Candidates from a Quantity Surveying or commercial background who have moved into estimating will also be considered.
