• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

We are seeking an Estimator for a leading Subcontractor within the construction industry. They transform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a skilled Estimator to join an excellent team and contribute to their continued success.

Position Overview:

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase by accurately assessing project costs and providing comprehensive estimates. You will be an integral part of the Pre-Construction team working closely with the Sales and Bid teams, this role will also need a person who has exposure to being client facing and somebody who is used to speaking with Architetcs and Tier 1 Contractors.
