Job summary

Apex Resources Limited is seeking an Estimator for a permanent role in the West Yorkshire area. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, review project requirements and assist the business in securing new work.

You will liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams, obtain quotations, maintain estimating records and support tender submissions to drive commercial success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an estimating role within the relevant construction/engineering industry.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and relevant estimating software.
• Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
