Job summary

Versa Consulting Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially astute Estimator to join one of Bristol's leading contractors, pricing a varied portfolio of projects typically valued £5m-£10m, with larger schemes up to £25m. You will prepare competitive tenders for new build and refurbishment projects and produce accurate cost plans and tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven estimating experience with a main contractor.
• Experience pricing projects from 5m-10m, ideally up to 25m.
• New build and refurbishment project experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
