Versa Consulting Limited in Bristol is seeking an experienced Estimator to price a varied portfolio of projects typically £5m-£10m, with larger schemes up to £25m. You will lead competitive tenders for new build and refurbishment and produce accurate cost plans and tender submissions.

You will review drawings, obtain subcontractor quotations, identify value engineering opportunities, attend pre-tender meetings and collaborate with commercial and operations teams to support bid submissions and

Qualifications

• Proven estimating experience with a main contractor.
• Experience pricing projects from £5m-£10m, ideally up to £25m.
• New build and refurbishment project experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
