Overview

Estimator - Construction

A high-end residential main contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team. The Estimator will join a supportive culture with an established business, offering an opportunity for an ambitious Estimator to make an impact and help build on continued growth.

The Company

The Estimator will join a company with a diverse portfolio of projects, comprising one-off bespoke new builds and prime refurbishments throughout London. They have several revenue streams that create a secure and financially sound business. The company is a small team delivering around £10 million and consistently provides a high-quality product, whether that’s a refurbishment or a bespoke new build.

The Estimator’s Role

The successful Estimator will work closely with the directors. You’ll take company-wide responsibility for the Estimating function within the business and look to grow the division over time.

• Collaborate with directors and senior management to shape estimating strategy and processes
• Take ownership of the estimating function across the business
• Contribute to business growth through accurate and timely cost management

Requirements

• Prime / High end residential experience
• A solid track record of accuracy
• Excellent organisational and team management skills
• Good IT skills
