Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Water Division in the UK. You will develop accurate cost estimates for water and wastewater projects, from early opportunities through tender submission and contract award, drawing on UK water sector experience.

Essential is proven estimating experience within the water industry, with strong cost modelling, supplier pricing, and risk assessment skills to support bids and value engineering across multidisciplinary teams.

• Proven estimating experience within the UK water sector.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and delivery practices.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to assess project risks and opportunities.
• Experience managing supplier and subcontractor pricing exercises.

About the Role

Amentum is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Water Division, supporting the successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the UK. The successful candidate will have proven estimating experience within the UK water sector, developing accurate and commercially robust cost estimates for projects from early-stage opportunities through to tender submission and contract award.

Essential - must have previous water industry experience.

Here’s What You’ll Need
