Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator for civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Glasgow. The role focuses on pre-construction tendering across a varied portfolio.

You will build up detailed estimates, manage bids, assess subcontractor quotations, and identify commercial risks, with opportunities for development in a well-established contractor.

Estimator - Civil Engineering & Infrastructure

Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £80,000 + package

I'm working with a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor looking to strengthen its pre-construction team in Scotland.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a busy team, pricing a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

The Role

• Prepare and manage competitive tender submissions.
• Build up detailed estimates covering labour, plant and materials.
• Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Identify commercial risks, opportunities and potential cost savings.
