Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a market-leading contractor delivering demolition, earthworks and civil engineering projects across the UK. Based in Derby, you will prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions, reviewing documentation and developing pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years' estimating experience in demolition or civil engineering, strong commercial awareness and proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a market-leading principal contractor delivering complex demolition, earthworks and civil engineering projects across some of the UK's most challenging sectors?

Our client is a highly respected contractor with a strong reputation for safely delivering large-scale demolition, remediation and enabling works projects nationwide. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.

Location: Derby / East Midlands

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + package

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Review tender documentation, specifications and drawings
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Undertake site visits and risk assessments
