Job summary

Excellis Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Estimator / Surveyor for screeding and underfloor heating in Dartford. The role offers a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 plus a company vehicle or car allowance, holiday, pension and clear career progression.

As an Estimator / Surveyor, you'll play a key role in pricing projects, carrying out site surveys and supporting the successful delivery of contracts across residential and commercial developments. Your Role As An Estimator / Surveyor Will Include:

• Preparing accurate estimates and quotations for screeding and underfloor heating projects
• Carrying out site surveys, measurements and material take-offs
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and the operational team throughout the project lifecycle
• Assisting with project handovers and monitoring project costs where required

The Successful Estimator / Surveyor Will Have:

• Previous experience as an Estimator, Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor within construction
• Experience estimating screeding and/or underfloor heating projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence
