Job summary

QB SQUARE is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Essex team. You will prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions, review drawings and project documents, and carry out take-offs for specialist construction packages.

You will liaise with clients and suppliers, attend pre-tender meetings, and support handovers after successful tenders. The role offers clear progression to Senior Estimator, ongoing training and professional development within a growing contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating is essential.
• Strong commercial awareness with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with estimating software is beneficial.
