Qualifications

• Two AP or other advanced trades qualifications.
• Level 4 qualification in your main trade or building services related subject.
• Commitment to training and accreditation for staff under your supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage individuals within your discipline and oversee work allocation, material purchase, access, service impacts, contractor appointments and payments.
• Ensure health and safety within the working environment for staff, contractors and visitors.
• Support the projects team in planning and assessment of requirements and delivery of projects.
• Communicate and collaborate with service/clinical colleagues to deliver task outcomes.
