What you’ll be doing
You will inspect and value properties across a broad portfolio for letting, acquisition, disposal, property management, and review purposes, all in line with RICS professional standards. Your tasks will include managing financial aspects such as capital, revenue income, expenditure budgets, and service charges. You will evaluate proposals for transactions or schemes related to existing properties or new acquisitions to redefine the portfolio. Additionally, you will manage internal customers and tenants, addressing day-to-day enquiries related to liabilities under their legal agreements, such as repairs, use, service charges, and rent payments.
What you’ll need
You should be an experienced surveyor with a proven track record in property management, including lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, and estate management. Experience in professional work such as acquisition, valuation, and disposals is also required. Full membership of RICS is essential.
