Stride is seeking an Estates Technical Manager for a permanent, full-time role in High Wycombe. You will lead a busy technical estates operation within a healthcare environment, ensuring safety, compliance, reliability and optimal performance of buildings, plant and systems. The role focuses on leadership, maintenance planning, and delivering high standards of service while managing budgets and key stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in technical estates, engineering or hard facilities management.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop a team.
• Strong organisation, proactivity and prioritisation.
• Knowledge of health, safety and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets and maintenance programmes.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of technical estates and facilities management services.
• Manage and oversee planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure buildings, plant, equipment and critical systems remain safe, compliant and operational.
• Develop and manage the annual planned preventative maintenance programme.
• Ensure all health, safety, statutory and contractual requirements are met.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Estates team through coaching and support.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and key stakeholder relationships.
• Deputise for the Contract Manager when required.
• Manage operational risks and support asset replacement programmes.
• Monitor budgets, costs and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and service delivery.
