SSE Renewables, part of SSE plc, is seeking an Estate Surveyor to provide land support to the Asset Management directorate for the SSER portfolio of wind and hydro projects across GB.

Based in Scotland with flexible locations Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness, the role focuses on securing land rights, leading landlord negotiations, and shaping development opportunities across onshore wind and renewables.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities/renewables land and property management.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant law and planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead negotiations with landlords and tenants on leases and rent reviews.
• Secure land rights to maximise portfolio potential.
• Identify land-related risks and provide practical solutions.
• Advise on obligations in windfarm and hydro property documents.
• Develop relationships with landowners, agents, solicitors and authorities.
