Job summary

Prospect Community Housing Edinburgh is seeking a Property Repair & Estates Officer to manage reactive maintenance and void works, and to lead the Estates Team to keep our properties and common areas maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced property professional with excellent communication and organisational skills, and a strong customer focus. Driving licence is essential for this role. This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experienced property professional with strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Well organised and customer-focused with a commitment to high service levels
• Experience supervising a team and line management is desirable
• Driving licence essential

• Managing reactive maintenance and void works
• Lead the Estates Team and ensure properties and common areas are well maintained and presented to a high standard
