Estates Ops Manager NHS LV/HV AOP - Middlesex - Salary c£60k

For this operations role, you will have a strong Electrical background, you will have previously been an HV / LV AP, preferably within a healthcare setting and you will have managed teams of people, in this instance; estates maintenance staff.

Described by the GM as a building site with a hospital in the middle, there are a number of capital projects happening across the site including an extension to the A&E department and a new urgent treatment centre. The trust has also gone through a site separation process and sold some land for development, with additional building works planned for the site. The contract has 14 years left.
