• Authorised person for HV/LV and Medical Gas systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Estates team and contractors, ensuring day-to-day operations.
• Oversee maintenance, breakdowns, preventative maintenance and minor works.
• Ensure compliant contracts and working with procurement to standardise agreements.
• Provide expert advice on Estates Services and building systems.
