Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Estates Operative for Holton Heath to join a supportive estates team within an educational environment.

You will carry out first‑fix repairs, general maintenance, and assist with the upkeep of buildings and grounds. You’ll coordinate with subcontractors, serve as a friendly contact for visitors, and work with site management to ensure smooth operations and ongoing skill development.

You'll work closely with the wider estates and site management team while also liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and visitors across the site.

The ideal candidate will have practical maintenance or trades experience alongside a positive and proactive attitude. You'll be comfortable working hands‑on, supporting contractors on site, and keen to continue developing your technical skills through ongoing training opportunities.
