Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Estates Services Manager to support the Estates Manager across a major business and science park in Oxfordshire. The role focuses on safe, efficient operations, compliance with CBRE procedures and client expectations, and delivering high service levels.

You will lead day-to-day activities, coordinate with supervisors and tenants, and ensure KPIs are met while managing budgets, insurance checks, and maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities, ideally in large campuses or business parks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Experience with service-charge budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the service charge budget and site expenditure.
• Conduct daily service reviews with cleaning, security, and M&E teams.
• Monitor site activities and take appropriate action to maintain standards.
• Manage invoices and P2P queries within SLA.
• Maintain asset registers, plant testing records, and insurance inspections.
• Liaise with tenants and issue access permits for high-risk works.
• Attend client meetings and FM team reviews to report progress.
