Sheffield Children’s Hospital is seeking to recruit an Estates Officer -
We are looking for fully qualified Electrical Engineers/Electricians with Competent Person and/or Authorised Person training. Applicants should be working towards, or have completed, an HNC/HND.
You will have a key role in our Estates Operational Team, managing day‑to‑day planned and reactive engineering maintenance, as well as supporting minor and medium project works.
As a valued member of the team, you’ll help ensure a safe, compliant and efficient environment for our clinical and support services—bringing strong engineering maintenance experience, a solid understanding of compliance, risk assessments and health & safety.
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, aligned with Sheffield Children’s values, and holding a full UK driving licence. You’ll report directly to the Senior Estates Manager.
Reporting to the Senior Estates Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
